I'd like to introduce Sunshine Money in 단군조선(檀君朝鮮:From BC2333)

to you in the world.

 

Please look at this beautiful and special coin carefully.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Until now

People know it is chinese money of 연(燕,yen) named as

명사전(明四錢).

I want to explain about it in English.

 

명(明) means "Bright".

사(四) means "Four".

전(錢) means "Money".

 

But it isn't clear because the form of 사(四) is slash.

 

Why?

 

Nobody explains it.

 

I can explain it clearly.

 

That is sunbeams (the rays of the sun), so my ancestors expressed

" four slashes //// "

 

" Four slashes //// " are [살,sal]sound and shape of sunbeams .

 

If we devide "ㅅ[s]" , we can make " two slashes //"

One slash is [아, a], and the last slash is [ㄹ, l]sound.

We can compare this " four slashes //// " with "chinese style ≣"

in 익화전(益化money).

You can know the difference through the upper picture.

 

 

Here

the form of 명(明) means "Bright" and "Sun."

 

명(明) also is "朝(鮮)"

 

We have to read the duplex meaning.

 

Reading it with a Korean style-pictograph,

we can know the first of the duplex meaning is "朝(鮮)" as Nation Name.

 

Reading it with a Korean style-Alphabet,

we can know the second of the duplex meaning is " sunbeams ".

 

 

 

 

This is 빗살the teeth of a comb 토기earthen- ware

in the Neolithic era.

 

But I think it is 햇살sunbeams.

 

Some scholar said it was also 햇살sunbeams.

 

This earthen- ware is only Korean Style.
