This letter is " Sparrow ".

 

It is a little difficult for me to solve it.

Because there was an ancient 이두(吏讀·吏頭).

But it's unsure.

 

I decoded Ɛ as [ㅊ,ch] , and small ᗄ as [ㅁ,m]

 

Ɛ is the trunk, and small ᗄ is the eye of a sparrow.

I guess 三 means to sit side by side on some line.

 

 

We solve 三 as [세 se, or 석 seog]-[삼 sam].

 

Here [세 se] is similar with [새, sae, Meaning is a bird.].

 

이두(吏讀·吏頭 ; the unique way to express Korean sound with 한자(漢字) a Chinese character) is so difficult .

 

Anyway I decoded this letter as "Sparrow".
